Hi, I'm Nicola.
I have worked in travel for over two decades and have experience in retail management on the ground and at a senior level. Once I started working as an ITC, I realised how difficult it was to get going and was thankful that I had learned these essential skills before starting my own business.
I spent a lot of time talking to other ITCs about their pressure points and realised that I could help by creating a training course to solve these problems from the outset.
One of the ITCs I spoke to said, “Well, we all need to go through it.”, but I disagree. Why does everyone have to struggle when there is an easier way? I want my course to help ITCs become successful, relieve stress, and feel more in control of their business.
